Nexa Tools is a set of tools for owners and administrators of Telegram channels: Nexa Posting Pro, Nexa Access and Nexa Links Manager (the "tools"). By using any of them you agree to these terms.

1. What we do

The tools work inside Telegram and act on your behalf only in the channels where you granted them administrator rights. We never publish, delete or edit anything without your command.

2. What you warrant

• You administer the channels you connect on lawful grounds.
• Content you publish through the tools complies with Telegram's rules and the laws of the countries where it is distributed.
• You do not use the tools for spam, unsolicited mass messaging or circumventing Telegram's limits.

3. Payment

Every tool has a free part. Paid features show their price before payment. Payments are accepted via Telegram Stars, bank cards and cryptocurrency, depending on the tool. A refund is possible if a paid feature failed through our fault — write to us in the channel.

4. Limitation of liability

The tools are provided "as is". We do our best to keep them stable, but we are not liable for lost profit, Telegram's actions against your channels, or the consequences of publications made on your command.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; the current revision is always on this page. Material changes are announced in the channel @Nexa_Tools.
