1. What we store

• Your Telegram ID, username and interface language — so the tools recognise you.
• Settings and data you enter yourself: channels, schedules, slots, plans, links, drafts.
• Service logs of the tools — to investigate failures.

2. What we do not store

We do not read your private messages and do not collect data about your channels' subscribers beyond what is needed to execute your command (for example, checking a subscription before granting access). We never see card details — they are handled by the payment provider.

3. Where it lives

On our servers in the European Union. Only the Nexa team has access to the data; we do not share or sell it to third parties.

4. How long

For as long as you use the tool. Disconnected a channel or deleted your account in the bot — its data is removed within 30 days; logs within 90 days.

5. Your rights

You can request an export or deletion of your data — write to us in the channel @Nexa_Tools, naming the tool and your Telegram ID.

6. Cookies and analytics

nexatools.pro sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. Traffic is measured by Cloudflare Web Analytics — without cookies or visitor identifiers. Your language choice is stored only in your browser.
